My definition of culture is small town culture.  The way a small town is divided in most aspects of daily life, but come together for a common good.

Holly, CO is a small town like this.  Most aspects of daily life are grouped into small clicks.  But, when we had the tornado come thru, it didn’t matter about what click you were in, everyone came together to help restore the town.  Or when they were going to shut down the local movie theatre, same thing most came together and donated to keep it operating.

That is small town culture a way of life and a way of living that life!
